For the various intended purposes, such as prefried products (fries etc.), precooked small potatoes, flakes and granules, different potato varieties are used which each have their own distinctive processing qualities.
Aviko Potato is responsible for procurement for the Western European factories of the Aviko group and likes to do business with partners who can supply raw materials that meet Aviko’s quality requirements.
